Even though I was out of state for part of the process, his responsiveness and willingness to adapt made everything seamless. When some unusual circumstances came up at the eleventh hour, Ian was prepared and handled the negotiations impressively.
Working with Ian was a blessing. My wife and I are out of state, so we weren't able to see homes in person, but with Ian's expertise and honesty, we never felt uncomfortable seeing homes virtually.
