Ian was great at communicating with us each step of the way. For example, some urgent needs regarding our inspection came up while he was out of the country but he still texted us back in a timely manner. He also knew it was a hectic time for us and sent us friendly reminders about things that we needed to complete prior to closing on the sale of our home, such as the installation of a backflow preventer valve on an external faucet. Without his reminders and attention to detail, there is a good chance we would have overlooked or forgotten something!
